I love this place! I sprained my ankle a few days before and the jarring fall put my body out as well. The spa bath relaxed my aches and pains, the cold plunge completely got rid of the swelling and the infra red sauna was so relaxing and rejuvenating. The lady at the front desk was delightful and accomodating and instantly made me feel weIcome and at home. The owners have done a great job with the decor and have created a relaxing, super clean sanctuary to replenish and heal. Thank you for creating this in Yamba. It's places like this that make me want to return to the area.

I enjoy my 90 minutes - mineral spa, infa red sauna and cold bath. Repeat. A weekly membership is so good. I get there whenever I can. A great space for Yamba locals and visitors. Lovely reception staff.

Wow, what an experience. Taylor gave me the most wonderful massage. A combined deep/relaxing massage. It was peaceful and quiet in the massage room. She really knows her job. I then returned a couple of hours later with my friend to use the mineral spa for an hour. This was a very relaxing experience. I highly recommend Exhale Yamba.

My experience at Exhale Yamba was amazing. The receptionist Leanne was so friendly and made me feel so welcome. Anyone visiting Yamba I would highly recommend booking the Exhale Bathhouse. I felt so rejuvenated after the magnesium bath, the infra-red red sauna and I even managed to do the ice bath which felt so good afterwards. I finished the day off with the most amazing massage from Sarah. I can't recommend this place high enough its a must do. 🙌

Lovely experience in the Bathhouse at Exhale. 90 minutes for $60 was excellent value - we had access to three magnesium hot tubs of differing temperatures two infra-red saunas, and a standard steam sauna. We passed on the ice baths - maybe next time! Liliana was lovely, and full of useful information for our first visit. Highly recommend.

Great experience, it was great having the whole area to ourselves as a group of 8 we booked it out. I loved going from spa to infrared sauna to ice bath. Definitely something you should experience. The staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Exhale was amazing and had great help with my first ice bath!! I loved it and help through breathing thought it. My only feedback as a visitor in the area coming for a one off time is the booking system. It is really confusing and not really sure with multiple options and not descriptions or choosing 'Any Practitioner' meant when wanting to do so the spa/sauna/ice bath. When putting in my payment details I assumed the payment had already been made.

Great relaxing space in Yamba! Just had the best night sleep after spending 90 minutes between spa baths, steam, sauna and ice bath and feel totally rejuvenated! .

An amazing wellness experience at Exhale Yamba! I booked the Spa, Sauna, and Ice Bath session and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The space is beautifully designed - calm, clean, and relaxing - and the staff were welcoming and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. The hot-cold therapy was invigorating and left me feeling completely refreshed, balanced, and re-energised. It’s such a perfect spot to unwind, reset, and take some time for yourself. Yamba is lucky to have a place like this - I can’t recommend Exhale highly enough!

I had a wonderful time at the Exhale Spa at Yamba. The saunas, spas and ice pool were explained clearing and the advice I was given on how to best utilise the facilities was wonderful and well appreciated. The atmosphere was amiable and conducive to a friendly, comfortable and enjoyable experience. Very healing and relaxing. I would happily recommend the spa to friends and family. The staff were welcoming, relaxed, friendly and very professional and maintained clean and hygienic protocols.

Exhale Bathhouse is my haven in the turbulence of life…..Icebath, traditional steam sauna, infrared sauna and mineral spas….bliss!! Also had a wonderful treatment with Makensie Hollis…. Makensie is gentle yet strong, intuitive yet realistic, serious yet incredibly funny, knowledgeable yet relatable….and understands my mind, body and spirit.
