Space is new and clean - though lobby of building renovations is not quite finished don't let that bother you. Massage office space was finished. Massage experience was excellent and similar to a 5-star Hotel Spa. Uma was pleasant and checked in with me on pressure. Can't wait to book another appointment.

Your Spa is providing individual service and obviously you know from your staff the degree to which customers are booking and returning for particular services.

Amanda was so great! She made me feel really comfortable and was very professional. You can tell she knows her stuff! She was very informative as well. Very clean and cute space as well. Extremely clean environment, relaxed and calming. Excellent technique and inviting personality. Very well-educated aesthetician and it shows. My skin looks and feels nourished and is visibly brighter. The facial massage was heavenly. A truly divine spa that’s worth experiencing.

Jakki is so talented! I trust her keen eye immeasurably. I feel confident that she is always abreast of the newest techniques and products. Lip Loft is professional and clean but I truly enjoy the laid back feel of her space and great conversation There is no uptight feeling or uncomfortableness. We are all there for the same reason- to look and feel our best! I love her honesty and respect that she always recommends what is best for your face and your long term goals- not to push more services/amnt needed Her entire staff is great! Had an amazing hydra facial as well. Need to book another!

Ana is amazing! She is welcoming and knowledgeable. During the visit she explained everything that she was doing and what every item she was using was for. It was an informative session. Ana is personable and professional. The spa is beautiful and sanitary. I was comfortable the whole time there. My daughter and I enjoyed the attention to detail. It is very clear Ana is passionate about her work. And truly cares for her customers. I booked my daughter another facial. And we will continue to frequent this business. I highly recommend this business!

The Thai therapeutic massage was great! Uma really got the deep knots I had that some massage places haven’t been able to. The facility is very clean and parking is quite easy. The massage spa is located in the second level of a building that seems to be renovated.
