I've had a few facials around Belfast and yesterday had my best one yet with Tina from Natural Roots Wellness. I'd never been before, and found everything straight forward and easy (e.g., booking online, finding the location, getting settled in for my treatment). The treatment itself was just gorgeous!! Tina is so friendly, warm and professional and really tailored the experience to me, including helping me pick out what scents I fancied for the room and lotions. My skin was glowing afterwards!! Can't recommend enough 10/10! Will definitely be coming again 😃

Really lovely store and Padraig is such a kind calming presence. He is one of those rare souls that really wants to help people. You feel as though you can trust him the minute you meet him, he will keep you safe. Would highly recommend any treatment or any purchase from simply zen

I had lip filler done today, Room was spotless, everything was explained in full detail, the girl doing my lips (I didn’t catch her name) was very good as Tanya who was training her. I would definitely recommend. Delighted with the results.
