This was my first ever facial treatment, - I opted for the signature lymphatic facial. It was the most wonderful experience from start to finish, with the amazing therapist Grace. Absolutely fantastic. I cannot stress enough how amazing I have felt since my treatment and I will be recommending you and your services to everybody I meet. It was welcoming and comfortable upon arrival, especially as it’s something I’ve never done before. Full of scepticism to start but left a complete convert 50 minutes later. Lovely set up to complement a brilliant experience. Keep doing what you’re doing because you’re doing it right. Every treatment I have at Enerchi is always a true joy and a real treat. I was running 5 minutes late and flustered but the staff always make you feel so calm and are always kind. Each treatment always feels ‘above and beyond’ and very good value. Similarly they always try and fit me in for an appointment if I call up at short notice too. Final shout out for the stunning window displays all year round! It’s a real precious haven in Penarth.

I have been going to Ener-Chi in Penarth for just over a year and every beauty therapist that I have seen has done a great job. Today, Eloise tinted my eyebrows and eyelashes. She always listens to what I want and is gentle with removing the tint so my eyes don’t sting. Great job and I highly recommend the salon.

This was my first treatment at Rejuvenate and can honestly say I have not felt that relaxed in years! It is such a lovely, calm space and Natalie is so welcoming and obviously is great at what she does. She even made time to answer any questions and discuss future treatments. Already can’t wait to go back again soon

I didn’t want to leave!! Not only was Natalie lovely and welcoming, she set the tone by explaining each aspect of my treatment and it’s purpose which made me even more excited! It was impossible to choose my favourite aspect but I did love the cold treatment element. I also loved the level of consistency, as past spa treatments I have had elsewhere have left me underwhelmed as one side of my face/back/arms etc were not massaged/treated as equally as the other but Natalie was fantastic at this! I’m already thinking of next treatment! Highly recommended! Thank you!!

I regularly have my eyelashes and eyebrows tinted at Ener-chi and they always do a lovely job. Eloise was my therapist today but all of them are really good. It’s a welcoming place and everyone is friendly.
