Lovely day at Wave! Started with a cozy warm bathrobe in my locker at arrival. Services were exceptional and exactly as advertised! Lunch was delicious! All the amenities in the change rooms truly appreciated!

What a beautiful Spa! We spent the day, enjoyed the pools, cold dump buckets,steam rooms,stone beds and especially the hammocks! The restaurant was awesome, we had the charcuterie platter. Can't wait to comeback!!

Loved the atmosphere and options. It was a great day. Only suggestions would be to offer a jug of water with lemon or cucumber in it, as this would add to the experience. And perhaps adding a page that one can refer to or signs on the different doors to explain the benefits of each area ie. that the salt room helps with congestion etc.

The spa itself is always very well-kept and clean. It’s a very beautiful environment. What I am more inclined to mention is the service at Kalos if you’ve booked a spa lunch. It’s been my experience more than once that the wait staff seem to need more hospitality training. The servers are always friendly, but don’t necessarily seem to know how to do their job well, with attention, courtesy, or in anticipation of what a guest might need. They tend to serve as though they’ve never been in a restaurant themselves or observed how good wait staff attends guests. I’d elaborate more, but no room to.
