The online payment and check out process was painful and honestly, not professional. Being told that we can't leave until payment has been verified when we checked in with payment was not professional cheapened the experience. We booked lunch and a table wasn't ready. Overall, basic.

The staff are amazing!!!! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. However, I didn’t see many outside and the patrons were quite loud at times. The scenery is beautiful and the restaurant amazing!!! I’ve been to many Nordic spas and I find it strange that towels weren’t needed in the steam rooms, saunas, hot beds and no one was cleaning between…. Gross. Everything was pretty and well decorated. My locker was WAY too high and the door of it was loose, and the locking mechanism came right out with the key. I think it’s a fun place to go with friends, and Terra Nova is to rejuvenate and peaceful.

I had such a wonderful experience at Mount Elgin Wave Nortic Spa! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, relaxed, and completely taken care of. The atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, and the staff were so friendly and professional. It was exactly the kind of escape I needed—a chance to slow down, relax, and enjoy some much-needed time for myself. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

Tara provided a facial for my mom and my daughter who both said they had a wonderful experience with her. She was friendly and knowledgeable and made their skin feel so soft and hydrated. Both ladies would love to go back to the spa for another treatment.
