I had a lovely relaxing full body massage at ELM Therapy, I would recommend it to anyone. Sam was incredibly professional and lovely, she makes you feel really comfortable and provides a relaxing atmosphere from the start. Her massage technique really maximises stress relief and works on areas you didn't even know tension was hiding! I went away feeling very relaxed and kept feeling relaxed even a few days later, highly recommend.

Sam was very welcoming and friendly. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage as I had quite a lot of tension in my shoulders. I asked for a silent treatment massage, so I could just relax. The massage felt great, and my shoulders especially feel better already! The treatment room had a cosy feel to it and it was very peaceful. I would definitely recommend Sam if you are looking for a massage!

I had the most relaxing experience with Sam. We discussed my aches and pains and the toll that being a mum has on our body. Sam showed me where to change and also provided a robe. The bed was heated which was wonderful for my fibromyalgia. I am not good with silence atm and enjoyed chatting with Sam (she had asked my preference about this too). The massage was spot on. Not too much pressure and just so relaxing. Enjoyed a glass of water at the end and discussed aftercare. The facilities are really clean, calm and relaxing. At no point did I feel rushed or like my time was up. Thank-you so much
