Vivien is fantastic, very welcoming and helpful. I love the white room and the atmosphere and vibe at Mederi. It is a good experience working from there. The relax chill room and being able to offer clients a discount on the float and sauna is attractive. Good not great star rating due to the ceiling in the White room - wires hanging out! Room could benefit from a dimmer light especially if I was working at night. Steps down to loos mean it is not suitable for disabilities. Chat in reception can be a bit noisy and disruptive. And no hand basin or bin in the room.

It was perfect to have use of the anti gravity massage chair before my float today; really enhanced the whole relaxation experience. So much so, that after my float I chose to add on the use of infra red sauna and opted to use the chair again! I was so relaxed I didn’t want to leave Mederi, I floated out the door reluctantly! This really is a lovely, uplifting, relaxing space. Thank you, Vivian, for looking after me.

Oh wow, oh wow oh wow! This place is magical and my massage was absolutely beyond this world! I get quite a few massages because I run a lot Academy in Oxford so I’m always in need of a massage… this particular massage was my favourite ever massage I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few! Exceptional service as soon as you enter the salon and even a parting tea left for you to sip and enjoy as you leave! I think I found my new favourite place! thank you to the owner and to May for a wonderful time. As a mum of a 1yr old these times are really special and you made it extra special so thank you.

So happy to have found this gem . I went for my first float today. I didn't know what to expect and it took me a little while to relax and just go with it. I found my brain quietened down and I just relaxed. It was nice to take a shower afterwards and wash the salt off and the hairdryer is a great touch. I then enjoyed a herbal tea and a complementary face mask to continue my relaxation in the zen room. I decided to also try the massage chair and wished I had used it for longer, as that was great too. Would recommend this place.

We had really good time at Mederi Wellness earlier this week. Both my partner and I tried floating for the first time and it was a blissful calming experience amidst our busy life with two young kids. The combination of infrared sauna and floating was super relaxing and gave us a proper system reset that everyone needs from time to time.

What an incredible experience! I did the massage chair, infrared sauna, and float session — and each part felt like a step deeper into total relaxation. The massage chair was surprisingly powerful and helped loosen all the tension in my back. The infrared sauna felt warm and healing, without being overwhelming. And the float session… pure peace. It was like pressing pause on the world. The space is spotless and calming, and the staff are genuinely kind and welcoming. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed. Noom was excellent - just awesome! Would definitely recommend him if you want the most relaxing experience. He considered my preference and adjusted the pressure accordingly 😇 All the therapists are great, except one - I do not remember the name but rest all are fabulous. Also, seeing Sally at the front desk is always a pleasure - she is the sweetest and most welcoming, always! I have been going to Silver Spa for 2 years now and absolutely like the attention to detail.

What an experience! The floatation tank was absolutely amazing, I didn't know what to expect but what I got was an hour of absolute bliss! The staff were so lovely and made the experience that much better! I booked for me and my boyfriend, but I am an intensive care nurse and to say I've had a tough couple of years with the pandemic would be an understatement. For me, the floatation tank was a great way to reduce my anxiety and stress. I would recommend to everyone! Thank you Oxford floatation centre for the most peaceful hour I've had in 2 years!

The spa itself is peaceful and welcoming, making each visit a relaxing experience from start to finish. My whole family and I genuinely can’t recommend this place enough. Always a great experience. Floating is my favourite relaxation method. Oxford Floatation Centre always delivers.

My husband got me the silver spa package for Mother’s Day. I booked the De-Stress (Back, Neck, Shoulders, and Foot Massage) 55min with Ms Joy Really nice massage, the pressure was good, and it had a bit of stretching. I left feeling relaxed and my body not as sore and stiff when I came in. I have already booked my next one.

I had a nice first-time experience at Silver Spa. Location is convenient with easy parking. The therapist was skilled and professional. It is a relaxing and effective massage. The combination of massage and stretching helped relieve stiffness in various parts of my body, leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. A soothing cup of ginger tea at the end was the perfect finishing touch. The staff were warm and welcoming, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

The infra red sauna, was lovely, and with sensitive skin, the waterless sauna was brilliant. The pod was, somewhat surprisingly different, wasn’t sure at first, but once I relaxed, and floated, I found it amazing, relaxing, and therapeutic. Then I finished of with a massage, which just topped the day off, very relaxing, the masseur was brilliant, and would definitely recommend, all 3 to everyone. Thanks Thomas

I had a great time having a massage with Silver Spa. The whole environment was new, clean and conducive for relaxation, de-stressing and refreshing your mind.. I was offered a membership which was good value for money. I had Traditional Thai Massage with Oil for 2 hours which was very relaxing and soothing to the mind and body. Special mention to Kay who's been excellent and really good at what she's doing. She caters to your request when you want more massage to a part of your body that needs it. I would highly recommend Silver Spa to anyone who's looking for a good massage theraphy.

The infrared sauna was amazing — clean, comfortable, and at the perfect temperature for my 30-minute session. The float was such a unique and relaxing experience; it truly took me away from reality for a while. I left feeling deeply relaxed and had the best night’s sleep in ages. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely experience at Mederi wellness. It was exactly what we needed. The girls were so friendly & helpful. We used the Infrared Sauna & the float therapy. Being not sure about the float tank as a 1st time user, even though i relaxed, i would totally let myself relax next time. Will definitely use again
