The immediate welcoming warmth when I walked in. This was my first visit and I was welcomed openly. The atmosphere is calm and inclusive. My massage time with Heather was exceptional. She addressed all my muscle issues and she is so easy to be with and to chat with. It was a delightful experience from the moment I entered until I left. Thank you.
