Phenomenal experience overall! Love the hydrotherapy lounge! The hostesses were very kind and welcoming! The couples massage was an amazing and relaxing experience for my husband and I ! We left feeling so relaxed ! Very clean and inviting space too!

I can’t wait to go back. From the moment I entered the spa, I felt welcomed and cared for. I had a solo escape package booked and was so excited to be pampered. Although I felt ill and needed to leave early, everyone was incredibly nice and caring. I really appreciated the exceptional kindness and understanding from Maggie during my pedicure. Thank you to Casey Ebert for your kindness as well before I left, I look forward to rescheduling very soon!

Lindsey was great and created such a safe and inviting space! We focused on stretching and breath work which was everything I was hoping we would focus on. I loved using the cold pool, sauna, and hot tub after the class.

I love Mason Wells!! I have the hydrotherapy lounge membership. They have two amazing saunas, a hot tub and a cold plunge. This has been instrumental in my healing journey recovering from some health issues. Veronica always makes sure the saunas are ready and is so kind to me. Really grateful for the level of professionalism and high-quality services Mason wells provides. I highly recommend this spa!!

This was my first time at MasonWells and I can't wait to go back! I booked the Solo Escape and had the hydrotherapy lounge to myself for a full half hour (when they say cold pool they mean COLD!), it was perfect. Then we did mani/pedi and Maggie was fantastic! Great conversation and quality nail work. She also did my facial at the end of my visit and it was superb! I fell asleep it was so relaxing and my skin feels amazing. Lori did my massage and I'm convinced she's magical. I definitely felt it while she was working all the knots out of my upper back, but now I feel superhuman. 10/10

Maggie is seriously so amazing at her job, and makes me feel like the I am important and heard. I have had multiple appointments with her and it’s so easy to talk to her, and ask her questions about her recommendations. I’m an out of towner from San Diego visiting my KS fam. I came across Mason Wells while googling and booked hydro-therapy, facial, and a massage. Elainie is an amazing esthetician, love her cheerfulness & vibe. Lori’s massage is all cold hands & deep pressure. She worked a stubborn knot in my neck until it loosened up. When that knot popped, I swear I could breathe again. So good! The facility is new, professional, and offers a lot of services. Perfect boutique spa. ’m going back and told all my family to go too.
