Two weeks ago, I returned from walking the Dingle Way in Ireland where my wife and I walked 135 miles in 11 days. At 66, I was doing well until my ACL decided to flare up. Today Catrina did her normal routine and the pain I've been experiencing since returning, was lessened to the point where I wasn't limping. The rest of my body thanks her too. I feel so happy right now.

I had the most incredible facial with Christina ! The studio was warm and inviting, I had my fussy 7 month old by my side and she did not waver and was very helpful with him. Christina was very nurturing and took her time. I left with my skin feeling glowy and radiant. Will absolutely be returning!

Catrina worked out a pain in my lower back brought about from a grueling day in the garden. Then finished with a foot massage that was out of this world. And the hot towel feet wrap, I believe, is better than sex. As long as I have muscle pain that needs relief, I’ll keep coming into her on a regular basis.
