Lovely friendly staff a true Spa experience.

Hannah is very professional and an excellent masseuse. The room is comfortable and facilities lovely. The spa fitted me in at short notice.

Jo and Hannah in the Spa both exceptional. My wife and I recently got Married at Lulworth Castle and we stayed at Silverlake Habitat Escapes during this special time in our lives. The afternoon after our wedding we both needed some relaxation. Jo and Hannah were both super at bringing us both back to earth and resetting our bodies after our big day! Thank you both for such professional service and treatments. We will certainly be back! Jo’s communication was seamless from start to finish. We loved picking our oil for ourselves. Best massage I have had, lovely venue. Thoughtful and considerate staff. Thoroughly enjoyed visiting hurricane spa, the roof terrace was a must have a nice coffee and rest. Absolutely recommend this experience.

A great experience! Joanne was very professional and friendly. She explained the origins of the product which felt luxurious and had a wonderful perfume that made you feel relaxed and pampered. I had the 90 minute bespoke massage which I would highly recommend. I’m certainly going to book another treatment when we return next year!

Booking was simple via email and they were quick to reply and very helpful. This was a treat for my sister and her teenager daughter and they both enjoyed it immensely.

The whole experience was just what I needed! It was very relaxing and the therapist took very good care of my needs. The treatment itself was excellent. We had two teens that also had a massage and both loved the experience also.
