I love this time for myself at Ritual Sauna. As soon as I step into the space, I immediately feel calm. The devil is in the detail - from the smiling welcome from Mel as I arrive to the peppermint tea warming in the teapot and perfectly presented bliss ball all carefully arranged in the room. The infrared sauna itself is cozy, calming and a great space to sit and contemplate in quiet as I sweat and feel my aches disappear. Every visit is a mind and body wellness treat.

Ritual Sauna offers a beautiful serene space to enjoy infrared sauna. Besides just being a relaxing way to detoxify, I was also impressed by a cool box for your phone, speakers you could Bluetooth to for music or a podcast, and the option to choose the colour of the overhead light depending on the mood you wanted to instill. The set up of the rest of the space added to the calm feel. The room is beautifully styled and light filled, there’s greenery outside the tinted windows, and there was water, hot tea and a bliss ball on the table, as well as plenty of towels. I highly recommend it!
