I love this place. The owner Joann and her husband are brilliant. The staff is super knowledgeable and practice holistic health remedies themselves. Extremely authentic. She offers ionic foot-baths, supplements, grocery items and super affordable, as I am single on a budget. They also have a functional med. dr. who practices oriental medicine that will come once a months and guide you in the direction meant specifically for you!!! They also have affordable workshops coming.... the best health food store that came into PSL!!! In the old nutrition smart plaza on PSL BLVD LOVE!!!!

I am in love with my hair!!!! The team are all so knowledgable and personable. I’ve been worried about hair fall and breakage since moving to london and having hard water, but they are so good! They recommended how I should be looking after my hair and were able to tell me what I needed to do to get my hair healthy and blonde at the same time. The best balayage i’ve had in london - I travel an hour for this!

I have been going to Rosie for a while now and she has been amazing, she’s excellent at what she does, with great knowledge and ability. I had suffered with my sinuses for 2 months before having lymphatic drainage and it gave me instant relief. Since then I have had massage and reflexology to target other problem areas and I’ve had quick improvements in my health. Can’t thank the loft spa enough for helping me with my better health journey❤️ one area I had a hard time targeting was the belly the sculpting was able to help in the one spot I couldn’t change without extra help toning my skin and tightening muscles, I was sceptical if it was working but at my six week measurement after I did six sessions combined with the other changes I made I was down 9 inches in that area I was blown away !!! That gave me the boost I needed to keep on and the confidence that the spa is there to support me every step of the way !!
