My consultation appointment was amazing! She is so kind, educated, and made me feel completely comfortable. We dissolved some previous lip filler done at a different clinic and added a bit of forehead Botox, and I didn’t feel any pain at all. She’s incredibly gentle and truly amazing with needles. I’m looking forward to my lip filler appointment in a couple weeks. I Highly recommend booking!

I recently had an treatment and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the clinic felt welcoming, clean, and very professional. Nicole was friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to explain the procedure in detail, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt confident before starting. I really appreciated how thorough the consultation was, as it helped me understand what results to expect. The treatment itself was quick and surprisingly comfortable. She was gentle and skilled. I purposely booked in “Relaxation and Loosen” because I was sore & sensitive to the touch, but instead got a deeper tissue massage that made me squirm and vocalise my pain, with the therapist even saying “No pain, no gain”. She also talked to me about what I might need to help me feel better and saying that she’ll call me the next day, even though I just wanted some relaxation. I was not there for a medical consultation or a chat. A skilled therapist but whose approach didn’t match my needs on this day. This is why we should be able to choose our therapist at booking, a feature you had before.

The medicine doctor at Zen was great she took her time to check me. Asked me questions about my health. Then made up what I needed to take. Very pleased they are helping me greatly.
