The love, thought, and attention to detail that Jodie instills in Tama make each treatment truly unique. The relaxation massage following a sauna session was the perfect way to unwind at the end of the week. AMAZING!! The most relaxing 2 hours ever - I added the face mask to elevate my sauna session (definitely recommend!) and listened to a 15 minute meditation to wind down. Followed by a one hour massage by Evie which was unreal, she’s passionate about what she does and my body is soo grateful ⭐️

Tama wellness is such a beautiful ambient space to relax! I loved the spacious glass sauna and it was a lovely finish to rinse off under a shower head comparable with a small waterfall 😂 Thankyou for a lovely experience ✨

Tama is heaven on earth. I would highly recommend a sauna followed by massage. Every tiny detail at Tama is so thoughtfully curated, beautiful and super luxe. I previously had a massage with Jodie and it was probably the best massage of my life. She is a real life angel and natural healer. I had a massage with Fred today and I didn't want to get off the table. He has magic hands. Can't wait for my next treatment.

This was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had - I’m 52 so I’ve had a few. Jodie balances the gentle with the tenacity to deal with knots and the result after one hour was feeling light as a feather and absolutely relaxed. Gorgeous place in Dunsborough and Jodie is second to none as a massage therapist. Highly recommended.

This place is great to do a bit of solo relaxation. The massages are incredible! The sauna is perfect. It is a lovely place to stop and reset for a couple of hours each week. Great investment of time and energy for any person looking to have a lovely Dunsborough relaxation experience.

This hidden gem centrally located in Dunsborough is awesome. It has been a challenging time for me personally and professionally but was eased of these challenges for a whole hour and half thanks to Jodie’s phenomenal Swedish massage and head and scalp treatment. Every part the experience at Tama is indicative of a professional, healing and a wellness experience that has pride in its practice. Having had many treatments over the years TAMA is right up there. The space is spotless, products used divine and the atmosphere relaxing without pretension. Thank you Jodie I’ll be back!

Exquisite. I enjoyed a 90 minute relaxation massage from Jodie and it put me in a perfect mood. My only regret is that I wish I staying longer in Dunsborough as I would be booking in another treatment tomorrow.

I spent a few nights in Dunsborough and was in need of some serious relaxation—and relief from a painfully stiff neck. I booked a one-hour Holistic Tension Release Massage at Tama Wellness with Frederico, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. The massage not only exceeded my expectations, but it also helped ease my neck pain significantly. Huge thanks to Frederico for the amazing treatment and to Jodi for the warm, genuine hospitality. Highly recommended!
