I was lucky enough to have the spa extreme ritual day, this was the best massage and facial I have ever had. The young lady who have me this experience was fantastic. The pool, and other amenities were great, the salt room especially. My Spar package also included a light lunch which I had a beautiful Yorkshire ham salad, and would highly recommend. You can even stay in your bathrobe to go and have lunch in the conservatory. I will definitely be returning.

Wonderful experience and the most amazing treatments. Ruth spent the morning with my friend and I whilst we were staying at the Owlet Hideaway. This was our second time both staying and having treatments with Sweetpeas. Both my friend and I thought the treatments were the best we have had, and we like to frequent spa's. Ruth was professional, discreet and expert in setting the ambience for the perfect relaxing experience. I am sure we will meet again in the not too distant future. Thank you.

Wonderful experience at my Spa Massage just outside York. Afer much online research, booked Deep Tissue Massage Treatments for Two (sister and self) at Shabby to Chic just outside York centre and were completely satisfied. Both Elise and Sarah were very professional taking pride in their work - both therapists took the time to listen as to which areas to concentrate on and the treatments were tailored accordingly. Wished we lived nearer, as were just in York for a couple of days - would like to go back on a regular basis to pursue a tailored treatment plan - can't speak highly enough!

I love visiting select. The staff are chilled and friendly. They don't mind who you go with for treatments as long as you're relaxed. They're highly trained & knowledgeable and happy to chat or be quiet if I'm zoned out. The facials and hot oil massages are gorgeous, but don't plan anything afterwards because you'll be so relaxed! They're brow experts. It's not easy finding people you trust who are consistently good. For electrolysis, they're the best in York, I tried 3 other places before finding Joanne. The location is easy to find and has free parking.

Incredible Japanese head spa, such a relaxing environment from the offset with the heated bed and weighted blanket. My scalp has never felt so clean and healthy, and the mini facial and neck and shoulder massages were an amazing bonus!

Very relaxing treatment, well explained. Professional and friendly staff. The spa is also great; a couple of steam rooms, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool. We walked over in our gowns to the hotel for lunch and coffee before we went back to the spa area for another round :).Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My experience was wonderful, I had a very relaxed and stress relieving massage and facial followed by a delicious lunch. I was able to lounge around and use the spa facilities afterwards. Would definitely recommend!

I had the Japanese Head Spa and I knew it was relaxing but I had no idea just how relaxing. Everything was amazing and Holly knew exactly what she was doing. I would definitely recommend and I will be visiting again

I had a wonderful solo spa day! The spa reception was very welcoming and offered lots of information the treatment relax and renew was amazing! Floated out! Loved the variety of rooms in the health spa and the jacuzzi was large too. Warm scones served with the cream tea yum! I would just encourage a little modernisation around the pool area it was looking a little tired. All in all a wonderful day thank you so much. I will definitely be coming back!

I would say that my experience was more than ‘great’ it was absolutely incredible. Holly was warm, welcoming and overall lovely, she made me feel so comfortable. I would definitely recommend Holly and My Spa Massage York. 🤩 Very relaxed!

This was my first time attending My Spa in York after searching the night before in pain for somewhere with avaliability for the next day. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage with Elise. The massage was excellent, thorough and I left feeling completley differently to how I had entered with so much pain. As well as been an skilled Massuse Elise was kind, warm and empathetic. I would highly recommend ⭐️

I booked for the serene escape with the relax and renew treatment. The treatment was amazing and was great if you want to have multiple areas massaged, especially as It incorporated a facial as well. Then full use of the facilities, robe, towel, slippers and lunch was also included which was incredible!! I will definitely be going again! Also I had a vegan option for lunch, I just told Gary on the spa desk as then the hotel kitchen made me a vegan cheese and pickle sandwich which was great! I couldn’t have asked for a better spa day :)

I had the most incredible Japanese head spa experience – honestly one of the most relaxing treatments I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean and so peaceful. The treatment itself was unreal. The scalp massage was thorough but gentle, and the whole ritual – from the cleanse to the massage and steam – felt luxurious and so well thought out. I could literally feel the tension leaving my head, neck and shoulders. My scalp feels so clean and refreshed, and my hair is super soft and shiny.

Absolutely incredible massage and facial today. Elise was so friendly and through with her consultation and explain the session before we got started. The space was clean, beautiful and relaxing. As a holistic therapist myself I am extremely picky and often find myself disappointed with treatments as they don't meet my expectations, well not today! I cannot fault any of it. Elise is very intuitive recognising my areas of discomfort and working out alot of tension whilst still keeping the session very relaxed and calming. I would highly recommend and will be returning again.

Lovely day at Cloisters. We went on a great value spa day plus 25 minute treatment for an offer price of £33. There was a nice, relaxing and pleasant ambiance and the pool area offered 4 different options of sauna/steam rooms which we enjoyed between swims, snoozes and chats. The 25 minute neck, head and scalp massage was fabulous! I would recommend giving this a try.

Very relaxing spa day. Good range of spa options (4 sauna/steam & a big jacuzzi). Staff all very friendly. Feels a bit in need of TLC - sauna door didnt shut tight, of the 3 men's showers 1 didn't work & 1 the light was out. The staff were lovely albeit were clearly covering as didnt know about the treatments.

First My Spa experience, I had a neck/back/shoulder massage with Elise and I think it was the most effective massage I’ve ever had. I really felt looser in my upper back where I’d been having tightness since starting a desk job, she was friendly and professional and it was equally as relaxing as it was firm/problem solving if that makes sense? I spent the day with two friends at the parsonage spa. Honestly, it’s just lovely. From the warm welcome on arrival, to the gorgeous lunch, loads of choice and the food is delicious with good sized portions. The pool and wet spa facilities are great. Clean and with lots of loungers to relax on. There are four different steam & sauna rooms and a large spa pool. I had a ‘relax and renew’ treatment with Lucy. Lucy was careful to ask about my preferred strength of massage and any target areas. It was just perfect! Highly recommend! Special thanks to Lucy! 😊
