We really enjoyed our experience. The overall atmosphere was lovely. The outside area in the spa we really enjoyed as we haven’t been to lakeside since it has been updated. The brasserie experience was excellent and the food really was beautiful ! Thankyou to all staff who made our experience enjoyable

Lady on the spa counter was absolutely fantastic. So so helpful when we forgot our voucher. (I thought as I had email confirmation, i didn’t need voucher, but she went above and beyond helping out) So calm, happy and smiley Restaurant a tad cold, had to keep my scarf on and my daughter her jacket on, but staff were fantastic and meal was fab too.

Really good service and treatment in the spa. Lovely meal at the brasserie although it was a 50 minute wait for my lunch. They did apologise though and said they were very busy.

We loved our trip to Lakeside. The spa was great with plenty to do. The massage was fantastic and we really enjoyed our afternoon tea. The staff were kind, friendly and attentive.

I enjoyed my visit as always. With more visitors this Sunday there was still plenty of room for all, as everyone took turns in the Spa. Please book me for Thursday and Sunday (14th and 17th at 9.30) this week and cancel the Saturday appt. I have already booked. Thankyou Valerie

Very enjoyable time in the spa and excellent back, shoulder and neck massage. Lunch was delicious especially the lemon meringue dessert which was amazing. Service was very good. Only gripe was cold plates for the hot food.

There were 3 of us who did the twighlight offer. The spa was lovely very relaxing and not too busy. The restuarant was lovely and food was lovely but expensive.

I have used the spa many a times for several different treatments and today was the first time I had a facial (Lakeside Facial) and was not disappointed the staff are all very nice and friendly and the setting is perfect. I felt very relaxed when I left and will be going very back soon and will add on an afternoon tea from the brasserie 😊

Ok.Spa pool was not balanced - too much chlorine, and large amounts of foam. Not comfortable to stay in for any time.
