My partner and I booked the Ice Bath + Sauna 60mins x2 people, from the moment we walked in the door we felt calm and relaxed, the space felt very private and smelt amazing! The complimentary mineral water was an added bonus and the shower was a perfect way to end our relaxing sauna and warm up from the ice bath. Georgia is super friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Quite simply surreal, this is an experience I would never have entertained throughout my life, I'm absolutely blown away. We were greeted by Phil and his induction had my complete attention, such an articulate gentleman. The Float and Sauna was amazing, my partner and I have never experienced something so soul shifting, emotionally lifting, and future fitting as our time at Floatation Sanctuary, I couldn't recommend this enough. Amazing experience from start to finish. Everything was explained well on how to control the sauna and music and coloured lighting and how to get the best out of the ice bath experience .Everything so so clean and it was my own private sanctuary for an hour. Well worth the money and so relaxing and just what I needed to help me heal following my mum's passing 10 days ago. This is a wonderful business and the owner Georgia was. Lovely and passionate about the benefits of this treatment. I will be back and I highly recommend.

We booked a double floating experience in the Marino Room. We were really impressed with it, everything was so cosy, beautiful and clean. We were completely sore from the Taranaki Summit Climb we did the day before. We had a really enjoyable conversation with the owner and she was so kind to offer us a Normatec Compression service as a bonus. We loved the experience and it is a good reason on its own to return to New Plymouth soon.

Such an amazing, relaxing space - 10/10 recommend the sauna + bath experience it always leaves me so relaxed.

Great service and facilities, never done infrared sauna before and was rushed and unorganized when I came in, but they were very helpful, it's all straight forward and I felt great afterwards. Recommending to others already and looking to be back myself also.

Great feel fantastic....loved it so much booked another sauna with my husband.
