Easy to book, lots of wonderful treatments, free parking and Louise is a fantastic therapist. Takes her time to understand what the client wants, is extremely welcoming and makes you feel at ease and very pampered. I have visited this spa numerous times and always leave a happy customer. Would recommend Louise and all the exceptional therapists that work at Tao. I look forward to visiting you again.

As always, my treatment was excellent. My therapist was professional, welcoming and I felt extremely relaxed. Tao has a lovely atmosphere, all the therapists are highly qualified and knowledgeable and explain the treatments and their benefits. I have been a customer for over fifteen years and they have always maintained their high standards. It’s always a pleasure visiting Tao Retreat.

First impression it wasn't particularly clean as I entered the carpet on the stsirs could have done with a hoover. Upstairs was quite dark,the room Ihad my treatment was very clean,and the staff were very polite and professional

Such a lovely experience, I had a pregnancy back massage and reflexology. I am overdue and just needed some TLC to make me feel better that my baby hasn’t arrived yet and hopefully help bring him along. The retreat is beautiful decorated inside, calm space to enjoy and tucked away, definitely recommend. I will be going back for some much needed TLC after birth.

Beautiful and relaxed setting. Friendly staff who make you feel so at ease. Massage was amazing, felt really personal rather than the scripted routine you sometimes feel large spas give. Felt like I floated out of there.

I went in for an aromatherapy back neck and shoulders massage and it was incredible. Taylor was fantastic, very calming and professional and felt so refreshed and relaxed afterwards. I couldn’t recommend it enough as a treat for yourself or someone as gift. I will definitely be back soon! Thank you The Spa!!! 12/10
