It was so hectic doing sauna after my running session but I loved it!!

Incredible loved the compression boots and the Sauna the cold plunge was rough but lm a sook, l got out quickly but went back in, enjoyed the challenge will be back next week

Staff are very friendly and have lots of knowledge about the protocols. Great place to relax and refresh.
