Enjoyed visiting the recovery pod today. Had a few sauna visits folowed by a few dips in the cold water pod.

I would definitely recommend this place, a little sanctuary on a Sunday afternoon. Will definitely be back. Just the think after a 10 mile run😊

Yeah great 1st time experience so wasn’t sure what to expect cold water took some getting used to but once I endured the pain it was fantastic

Relaxing time in both the sauna and cold water bath

Good size space, clean and tidy, everything you need. The tub is fantastic!! Nice and cold. The Sauna is just about big enough. Would be great if you could extend the wall and make the Sauna a bit bigger and more comfortable. All in all a good experience

Great place to relax

Love the concept. Would love one in Trowbridge. Great start to the morning. As we were first session of the day the sauna wasn’t that hot nor the ice bath that cold to begin with. Would also love a 7am slot too in future. Other than that, love it and will definitely be back.

My experience was a great one. Location was great sauna was awesome and plunge pool was also awesome. I will definitely be going again.

Great experience in the recovery box. Sauna and ice bath are great and nice to have the thera gun and foam rollers too.

1st time using The Recovery box and will definitely use again. Easy to get to , instructions to get in , very clean . No problems at all .

Easy no faff booking, arrival and exit. Great little space perfect for 2 people. Will be coming back for sure!

Only criticism is the drain hole being raised up as a lip so the water doesn’t run off properly and it takes ages to get the floor clear/tidy when finished
