My deep tissue manages with Alison are always fab, she really helps get out all the knots and relieve a lot of tension. Highly recommend Alison generally, and this type of massage in particular, especially if you like a good pummelling to de-stress!

Once again, Natasha managed to make me feel completely at ease throughout my treatment (deep tissue massage) and really listened to my concerns going in and made sure to work on those areas while checking in with me throughout to ensure i was comfortable. Each time I see Natasha I leave feeling even better than the last time I saw her it seems. My mobility has improved greatly since starting treatment and I am so grateful for this.

Natasha was great! Had a deep tissue massage as I’ve been suffering from whiplash and wasn’t sure if this would help or be too painful to withstand. I’m so grateful to Natasha as it’s helped so much with the tension on the middle of my back.
