Where do I begin, ease of booking and finding the venue spot on. Katie was just the warmest of characters I have ever met. So much knowledge and explained the process every step of the way. We could have chatted for hour I’m sure but I was in receipt of “Ritual” treatment so wanted to enjoy the experience. The body and facial massage absolutely devine. All products used were explained. The pressure point facial made me relax even more. I must say she Katie hit the spot in relaxation (normal I find it hard to totally relax) but that I did!! Me and the couch became one. Thank you 🥰

I booked a deep tissue massage and although slightly uncomfortable at times carol was great and eased up a bit when I asked . She gave me good advice about the state of my bones and I Shall be back for some chiropractic treatment .

I had a lovely experience with Sam. It was my first massage (back,shoulder and neck) and it was great. I also had a facial and again it was so relaxing. Sam talked me through what she was doing. We had a great conversation and a laugh too,she was very down to earth and made me feel comfortable and I found her so easy to talk to. Fully recommend Sam 🥰

I had the Derma force microneedle treatment with Louise. She was really lovely and chatted to me to make sure I was ok explaing everything clearly. After the treatment while I had a moiturising facemask on, louise gave me a lovely head massage. A very pleasant hour. .highly recommended..

100% would recommend Sophie at Harlowes to anyone considering a treatment. I had tear trough filler after many years deliberation but wanting to find the right clinician and wished I had found Sophie sooner. She took her time to assess and treat and I love the results.
