I had deep tissue massage today. The therapist was amazing and really tried to work out my knots! The only downside is that I arrived early and despite ringing the buzzer I wasn’t let in until my appointment time. I was later told the intercom wasn’t working. This meant by time I met my therapist unchanged and was on the table it was 5-10 mins into my therapy time. By time I was changed, paid and back in my car it was 10:00am. This meant my appointment time was realistically only 30-40 minutes but was supposed to be 45 minutes. A bit disappointing.

I had a deep tissue massage with Joanna today and I want to thank her for creating a soothing, calming, clean, and safe space for me. Her massage was the most respectful and thorough one I have had so far. The timing for each body part was balanced, as well as the stroke pressure, and her respectful way of touching the body while massaging. I felt truly taken care of. Thank you, Joanna.
