Such a lovely few hours with Libby today, a full body massage and a Korean facial with sculpting. As usual Libby was polite, explained everything in detail and made sure I was warm and comfortable at all times. Libby is particularly good at isolating the knots in my back! I feel wonderful now! I have to share this I’ve been struggling for nearly eight months with what I thought was a rotator cuff injury from all my Pilates teacher training. Turns out it was actually an aggravated nerve deep in my armpit, linked to the Teres Major and shoulder muscles. At one point I couldn’t even lift my elbow to shoulder height After one 90-minute Performance Recovery Sports Massage, she found it straight away and released it 24 hours later I’ve got full range of movement back. If you’re dealing with injuries, tight lats, glutes or anything that keeps pulling on your pelvis, she is your girl

I had a Swedish massage at Skinsense today and it was exactly what I needed. The space is super cozy, which made it feel really relaxing right away. The massage was amazing — really helped with the tension in my shoulders and just overall helped me switch off. Anna is lovely and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend if you just want to chill out and feel looked after!
