Thank you for the most amazing, deep tissue massage yesterday. I loved the room, the techniques; it was such a superior massage which is really hard to come by for some reason. I highly recommend Lesley for a massage, she checked the pressure was okay (and it was really firm, she is really strong) and I felt like Lesley put her heart & soul into my treatment. My back and neck feels a million times better, even after one massage. I love the whole environment too at The Self Care Retreat; super friendly and it’s a place of calm just off the high street. Loved it! Thank you again!

I can’t recommend Fern enough – she’s so good at what she does. The massage was exactly what I needed and she really knew where to focus. I felt so much better afterwards. She’s super welcoming, really professional, and her space has such a calm, relaxing atmosphere. I’ve been a few times now and I’ll definitely keep coming back. So glad I found her!

This was my first time going to Fearne for an Indian head massage which I brought as a gift , Fearne was very friendly and made me feel at ease the moment I met her , my massage experience was much more than what i expected as I thought it was just my head but it was also my back shoulders and neck , I felt so relaxed also having calming music playing in the background , I would definitely recommend Fearne to a family and friends , I’ve already asked my husband that he more than welcome to book me another one From Jamie

As I said to Brandon - you know you ache but just deal with it and put it down to something in everyday life. That’s until someone like Brandon pokes and prods 🤣!! But afterwards I can tell that I felt a lot more comfortable, especially in my lower back. Brandon has a lovely room and is very respectful and easy going. I would recommend having a deep tissue massage.

Highly recommend, professional and experienced. Recently received Sports Massage for some issues and helped a lot. Will be using Shauna more in the future.

Booked for a deep tissue massage, Michelle did a fantastic job of remedying knots in my shoulders and tightness in my legs which are a result of infrequent mountain biking. Now feeling much better and will go more often.

Amazing deep tissue massage as per usual! Always made to feel really comfortable and Michelle is super friendly and if you have any problem areas she will work on those. I have right shoulder issues and that area always feels much more relaxed after my sessions :)
