Absolutely Obsessed! I had my eyebrows shaped and tinted, along with a full set of eyelash extensions—and I couldn’t be happier with the results! It was my first time visiting The Lash and Brow Gallery Malvern and I had such a great experience. I had my lashes tinted and my eyebrows waxed and tinted with Oscar, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The salon is beautiful, calm, and welcoming, and Oscar was amazing — professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very skilled at what he does. He made me feel comfortable straight away and took great care throughout the appointment. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Bec is honestly amazing at what she does! This was my third time getting a Korean lash lift after having lash extensions for so long, and it was by far the best one yet. My lashes have never looked so good — lifted perfectly and still so natural. She also does my brows and absolutely nails them every time. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating to my physical disability. I attended Jetabrows for a Korean lash lift, eyebrow shape and tint and absolutely loved it. I’m quite sensitive in the eyes and I could feel the formulas was gentle. However, that didn’t take away from the final look, my eye lashes look lifted and curled as I wanted. Also, I’ve walked out with the most symmetrical eyebrows, I will be coming back for my top ups. Highly recommend.

I had a really comfortable experience today with Sveta (@s_lana_8). I came in to get a lash lift and tint and I was nervous about trying an eyebrow lamination for the first time but she patiently explained the entire process and convinced me to try it and I'm so happy I did! My lashes and eyebrows look amazing and you can tell that she is very passionate about her work. Multiple times she asked for my opinion on the shape and styling and she wanted to make sure I was happy with the results before I left the salon. She's very sweet, I highly recommend her! :)

Everything was amazing! I decided to treat myself to a mani/pedi, lash extensions, brow wax and tint, and did the head spa with a hydro facial. Last minute, I decided to do acrylic nails and they were super accommodating. I had decided to do just pure white and she recommended the creamy white which I’m so glad she did because it looks amazing and I like this way better. They also got the perfect shape of my brows and did a wonderful job with my lash extensions. And I highly recommend the head spa and facial to everyone it was AMAZING. Very relaxing and now I’m ready for the holiday madness.

She shaped them beautifully, give my brows a clean and defined look that perfectly complements my face the tint she chose match my hair and skin tone flawlessly.
