My appointment was fantastic I had an issue where someone else had done my brows and didn't like how they had looked so I had contact lash the house down, she give me a consultation about the lashes, then I booked my appointment. From day one, the experience and service is always on point. She makes you feel welcoming and comfortable. She is the only person who can do my lashes. She's the first lash tech that my lashes actually last, and doesnt irritate my eyes. Keep up the good work.

This was an experience like none other!! The whole vibe was totally exhilarating I felt like a queen, the ambiance in the room was more than I expected and I lived for every minute I was there. My lashes feel like I grew them myself no heavy ness nothing. What I am most excited about is how she made me feel during my time there, the conversation was educating and light and I felt completely at ease . This was so good that Karla had me sleeping on the massage table! I truly can't recall when last my body and nervous system felt this calm.
