Here’s a refined version of your review: As soon as the elevator doors open onto the sixth floor, TOKA Salon feels like a breath of fresh air. The staff is not only professional but also incredibly warm and welcoming, instantly putting you at ease. I often find myself wishing I’d arrived early enough to enjoy their beautiful balcony—an oasis on warmer days. And with this unexpected November warmth, I really missed a chance to unwind there before my appointment. I got my eyelashes done for the first time today by Katie. Before my appointment she texted me directions and pictures of the building. I explained to her what look I was going for and she did an amazing job! She was so nice and gave me a little care package at the end of my appointment. If you are in the New York/ Long Island City area I definitely recommend her!

Absolutely Obsessed! I had my eyebrows shaped and tinted, along with a full set of eyelash extensions—and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My brows have never looked more defined or natural, and the tint gave them the perfect pop without being too bold. As for the lashes—flawless! They’re lightweight and give my eyes that soft glam look I was going for. The whole experience was super relaxing, clean, and professional. Both my brows and lashes look so good! A truly relaxing service with beautiful results. Professional service done in a very timely fashion...my technician named Anna (please forgive me if I have the wrong name :) ) carefully+ patiently discussed with me about how I wanted my brows to be shaped also explaining the step by step for my lashes+brows to ensure I was comfortable & informed. My natural shape/look plus the tint definitely refreshed my face♡. I was given aftercare instructions plus an eyebrow brush+mini brow face mask to use as well. Highly recommend their services👍🏼👏🏽

I’ve been here twice now for lashes (my first time ever), and she did an amazing job. I absolutely loved how they came out and received so many compliments. The overall experience was excellent—she creates such a great vibe with soothing music, a clean and professional space, and truly warm customer service. I went back for a lash fill and a brow shaping and tint, and it was just as great the second time. Highly recommend!

I got a deep cleansing gua sha facial, eyebrow lamination, and lash lift. The staff was kind and it was such a relaxing experience. My brows and lashes look great and I woke up today with a noticably less puffy face. I will be back every month for a refresh.

Amazing! Every.Single.Time. I have been going here for various services, threading of eyebrows, lip, chin and neck, henna eyebrows and lower lash tint. for a few years. I have been seeing Melanie. She is so on point with everything she does. I have also seen other people there and they are all so highly qualified, friendly, and not afraid to give you their honest opinion on what you need. This place was nothing short of amazing. Kyle is so gentle and reassuring. This is the absolute best experience I have had with lash extensions and the variety there was just breathtaking. This isn't simply a place to go get your lashes done. He examined my face, complexion and eyebrows to choose what lashes best fit me for the sweet, natural look that I wanted. I love this place, I loved the experience and will be returning.

I had the best experience at LSL Lash Studio with Nina! I went in for a lash lift and tint along with eyebrow waxing, and she absolutely nailed it. Alisha did a wonderful job! She was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. My lash tint was flawless and my eyebrow tint and lamination result was just what I needed. She picked the color according to my complexion and hair color combined with eye color. In the past, I experienced really overly darkened eyebrows but Alisha assured me she had the correct color for me. I was so happy with the professionalism and as always, I experienced a wonderful nap before waking up beautified! Thank you!

This is my second time going to Kim’s Lash Studio. The first time was for mink lashes and today was a lash refill and micro blading. I had two different technicians for the lashes and both were phenomenal! I was skeptical about getting micro blading, but decided to give them a try since my first visit was so positive. Well they did not disappoint. Emily did the eyebrow micro blade and I now have eyebrows! They look wonderful! I have to come back in 4 weeks but I am so pleased with the results. The studio is a clean, professional, and relaxing environment and the staff is extremely pleasant.

Pinky is so kind, and did such an amazing job on my brows (threading and tint) and lashes (lash tint). I love the meditative chanting music she plays, and it's really just such a lovely experience. I decided to stay and get reflexology and ended up doing an hour of it with Shoba! She's incredible and did a full leg massage (and scalp massage). Definitely add that on! If I lived here, I would do it every week!

Highly recommend, from start to finish everything was amazing super easy to make an appointment. I normally experience burning and itchy eyes during and after the lash process.
