I first went to TBV just after COVID - now it’s my go-to. I’ve had all kinds of waxing and laser too. Yvonne is amazing! She’s professional, but also puts you at ease. Quick and efficient, and the results are always fab. Would highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else in Chester for waxing. Thanks Yvonne and team!

She’s friendly and professional but also an empath who is always there to listen and never judge :) been going to her for about 3.5 years now and always leave feeling pretty and satisfied with my fluffy lashes

Catherine is very friendly and welcoming. I regularly see her for a lash lift and brow tint and she always does an amazing job and makes sure I am happy with the results. I especially love the head massage while waiting for the tint to take!

Can’t recommend Caitlin enough! She is the sweetest person ever and so chatty/bubbly. I’m quite an anxious person at times but Caitlin made me feel so at ease and we had a lovely chat. You can tell she loves what she does. I was so happy with how my lashes turned out and the lift lasted longer than I expected. As a side sleeper, my lashes normally go a bit crazy on the outer corner but I noticed since I had the korean lash lift they stayed in place! Will definitely be booking in again and look forward to a catch up🫶🏻

I always have the best experience with Tara she is great at waxing and making you feel comfortable I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is also amazing at lash lifts and brow waxing I would recommend her time and time again.

Every month, for the last six years I’ve had my lashes done my Caitlin - she really is the best in the business. She’s that good, I don’t even check my lashes when I leave as I trust her immensely. Emily always makes me feel so welcome and comfortable! I leave every appointment with gorgeous lashes, and you can tell she really takes her time to get everything just right. She’s super talented with everything she does. Having had my make up done, completed a ‘Master your own make up’ day course and multiple lash appointments of different styles, I can’t recommend her enough! 💕
