Poppy is honestly a magician. My lashes are perfect full, fluffy, and exactly the style I asked for and my brows absolutely flawless. She shaped them to suit my face so naturally. Poppy is just the loveliest soul to be around. She made me feel comfortable, cared for, and genuinely listened to what I wanted. Annabelle is the best, I have been with Annabelle since she opened many years ago, she’s always so welcoming, highly professional and passionate in every treatment she carries out, I’ve had lashes, brow waxing & tinting, micro blading and more recently powder brows all 10/10. Poppy was lovely. I’m a bit of a pain and my eyelids twitch and flicker like mad sometimes when I’m getting any form of lash treatment due to the stress of knowing I should keep them still! I mentioned this and Poppy was very accommodating (some lash techs do not entertain this; I get that if they’re not comfortable to do this for that reason) and she made ways around this so I could get a lash tint and lift. I soon stopped twitching after I relaxed with Poppy. Happy with the results considering I have very fair and short lashes!!!
