Today Jo waxed my daughter's eyebrows, my daughter has sever learning difficulties and has always struggled elsewhere to get them done. Well not today, they look amazing and Jo I can't thank you enough for making my daughter feel so relaxed and pampered. I am allergic to lash extensions, have been to so many different lash techs and tried every glue available but unfortunately had a reaction every time. I had express lashes with Sam and even though patch test was fine I was still a little nervous how I would be the next day, but WOW my lashes are perfect, express lashes last 2 weeks and took only short time to do, I’m so happy, after years of not being able to have lashes I am over the moon. Sam is so helpful, professional and skilled. Highly recommend 10/10

Took both my twelve year old daughters to Jordon. Both daughters were wanting to start plucking their own eyebrows - didn’t want them to start the 90’s over plucking like myself!!! Their eyebrows look amazing - both girls soo happy. Jordon even offered a session to teach them how to apply their brow makeup as both over applying!!!! Always have such a good experience when visiting Hidden Gem and this was no different! Becky thoroughly spoke through the process and aftercare of microblading from my consultation to the end of my appointments. She also made me feel very welcome and was chatty and friendly as usual. I was so impressed with the results of the microblading and has such a good experience with it, I would highly recommend Hidden Gem if you're in the Chorley area. Thanks again Becky, you're very talented :)
