Lily is actually unreal at what she does. I went in with brows that had absolutely no direction and came out looking like I have my life together. She just gets it, the shape, the colour, the whole vibe. Nothing ever feels overdone, just clean, sharp, and exactly how it should be. I don’t even have to explain what I want anymore, I just sit down and let her do her thing. Also… the patience of a saint because I will talk no stop the entire appointment 😅 If you’re thinking about getting your brows done, Lily is your girl. X

As a first time client, Lily made me feel welcome and has done a fantastic job of my lashes. The heated blanket on the beauty bed was a great addition to the appointment and helped me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

Lauren is so lovely, honest and comforting the minute you walk through the door to the minute you leave. There’s no pressure with what to choose to have, there’s so many options and she explains everything so so well, from the fitting of hair to the aftercare. I knew I was going to love my hair but Lauren exceeded my expectations by a mile, I feel like princess. After suffering from hair loss/damage I lost confidence and was unhappy with my hair and extensions, not anymore :) Never been happier with my hair🫶🏼 Wouldn’t recommend anyone more. Thank you Lauren, you are SO talented.

Lauren is always really inviting and highly knowledgeable at what she does. I've been coming to Lauren for a few years now and wouldn't consider anywhere else. The studio is presented nicely, is clean and tidy which contributes to a great experience.

Lauren is absolutely amazing and I mean it! From the colour matching to the fitting to the maintenance she is the best around. I honestly wouldn’t have anyone else do my hair extensions other than Lauren. She truly cares and that shows in her work

My first visit to RFB today, I had henna eyebrows done and Im very pleased with them, Sam was great at discussing what would be the best option for me. I will definitely be booking again.
