An absolutely excellent experience in every way. Samantha has paid attention to every detail including the beautifully coordinated and ambient treatment too and state of the art quality equipment. I spent 4 hours of pampering having the luxury foot spa and full body massage with tinted lashes to complete my experience - all expertly carried out with gentleness and careful attention. A wonderful oasis on the outskirts of Ipswich!

Many a salon in Ipswich I have tried but I always return to Purity. Worth every penny. Love Suzanne - if you're new to waxing or a bit lower on the pain tolerance scale then she's the one for you. Will take her time and use all the techniques to make you feel comfortable without rushing you. Cannot recommend this salon enough.

Claire is so gentle, she makes you feel very relaxed. My eyebrow and eyelash tint lasted longer than it has done anywhere else before. Really love coming here. My mum comes with me, she's 80 and is so comfortable and happy here too.

I had such an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The attention to detail was outstanding — Ally genuinely takes the time to understand exactly how you like your eyebrows shaped and make sure you’re completely happy before you leave. Nothing feels rushed. My brows have honestly never looked better. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with them now — highly recommend!

Sarah is wonderful! I have been to her many times for an eyebrow wax / tidy and she's always so kind and does a fab job! Her care and attention to detail is superb and she makes you feel relaxed and at ease. Very reasonably priced too.

Tayla was so welcoming, warm and friendly on my first visit last week. She did the most amazing job of my eyebrow wax and tint and lash lift and tint. Im so happy with the results and I've had so many compliments and people saying her magic has completely changed my face. I love it!! Megan is very professional and her setup in a lovely cabin in a rural setting makes for a very relaxing appointment. She doesn't rush your experience and explains what she's doing every step of the way. Megan is so personable that we had a good chin wag about a variety of topics, but she is also very aware this was 'me' time so we also had silence for a lot of it when I nearly nodded off! I had a lash lift and eyebrow tint and have already booked my next appointment for the same, plus I will more than likely book other treatments as well. Highly recommend!
