Although I’ve not yet experienced her work as an artist, she’s really taken the time to ensure I am fully involved in the process and made me feel 100% at ease with my decision. I had a Korean lash lift and brow lamination with Jade, and I couldn’t be more pleased with both the experience and the results. From the moment I arrived, the entire appointment felt incredibly calming and thoughtfully curated. Jade’s attention to detail is exceptional — every element, from the heated blanket and soothing eye patches to the lip mask and matcha, contributed to a truly relaxing, almost retreat-like experience. This was the first place I tried with lash extensions and I’ll not go anywhere else now. It’s always the most relaxed and lovely experience! Kim is Really patient with me too as I have the most sensitive eyes so it’s not the easiest of jobs, And of course even I get the most beautiful lashes.

Had such a great experience with Bella! She was really professional but also quick, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I went for angel lashes and they turned out perfect. She really personalises them to suit you, which I loved. Definitely recommend!
