I moved here from up north over 2 years ago now, I went through multiple lash techs struggling to match what I was used to and never felt happy with the results until I come across Elsa over a year ago now. She is the best at what she does and delivers exactly what you ask for every time! They last well and not to forget she’s also a diamond with my frantic ADHD self and does her best to fit me in last minute or remind me about maintenance appointments which is a god send😆. Recommend a million times over x

I’m absolutely obsessed with my new lashes from Lashes by Elsa! 🩷 They look flawless – full, fluffy, and perfectly shaped – exactly what I wanted. Elsa is so talented and made the whole appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. If you’re thinking about getting your lashes done, I can’t recommend her enough. Love the experience every single time! So professional and detailed work. I visit every 3-4 weeks. Best place to get nails done in Basildon.

I have been using Aurelia for a few months now for my nails, she’s the best I’ve found in Basildon! Her attention to detail is impeccable and she will not let you leave until she is 100% happy. I’ve not had one bad set of nails and they last so well I can leave it 3/4 weeks for an infill. Her room is clean, spacious and welcoming. I’ve also had the best pedicure I’ve had in a while there too! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now, and have recommended to all my friends. X

I had an eyebrow & lash tint, never tried this before and was very happy with the results, the service was fabulous, will definitely recommend

As always Ellie is very professional and always give great advice on how to look after your nails and keep them looking great, I often get 3/4 weeks of looking fantastic. I have been to Ellie for other treatments such as eyelash lift and eyebrow shape and tint, again aways extremely happy. I have also had facials and massage done by Lisa, very relaxing and come away stress free. I would highly recommend Defined Studio.

I have only recently started coming to Abbie and she is an absolute angel, so friendly and experienced and professional, I love having my lashes done by her and look forward to my appointments. They always look amazing as do my brows when I have them done too, will not be going anywhere else now I have found her.
