I enjoyed my first infrared sauna @ Feelgood with a girlfriend today. We bluetoothed our own music and the 45 min session flew by. I feel so blissed out now. The facilities are fresh and fabulous. We had a spacious room and huge shower. Can't wait to go back next week for another session. I want to try a floatation tank next :-)

Incredible space! Every detail thought of; beautiful water jug/glassware, Aesop with Bembooka hand towels in the sauna - the staff were super friendly and helpful when I was asking what other machines did - recommend!

My partner and I both went for our first ice baths, did the sauna combo. Very impressive and clean set up, all the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and feeling a noticeable boost in energy and mood afterwards. We’ll be back.

Love the space! The sauna was an amazing start to my Intuitive Facial. Massage techniques and equipment used were next level and I loved it so much:) My skin felt amazing as it always does when I leave Lady Luxe. Very Luxurious Pampering! Highly recommend x

Great session at infrared sauna. & great staff

I only go to Ladyluxe for my skin, and today, I did skin needling for the first time. I was too scared to try, but Jess cared for me well. I even thought the skin-needling treatment was going to make me fall asleep. I am happy with my skin and glad to see my skin magician. 💙

I had my first contrast therapy session at CalmBar and it was fantastic! This is the best facility I have been to. It is so clean, private and Tony and the staff were so professional, friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this to anyone that hasn't tried it before. It was the best Infrared Sauna I have ever experienced. It was hot, I was able to play music from my phone, easily through the bluetooth system and there was very nice mood lighting throughout where you can change the colours and settings.The Odin cold plunge is the best you can get. Perfect size and shape and spotlessly clean.

I used the infrared sauna today and the experience was amazing. Easy online booking system. I was 15 minutes early and they started session. Felt great during and after. Toiletries were also provided. Soap, towels etc
