Hi Kiara, sorry you had an issue wi the the sauna today, that’s strange as all the saunas can be set to 80°, did you try to increase the temp on the sauna power panel ?? The front heaters are the near infrared heaters and they will always cycle on and off as you reach your selected temp, you can stop this from happening by cracking the door open just a touch and sliding open the vent in the ceiling so the temp stabilises. I’ll check which sauna you were in and have a look at the panel now in case there is an issue with the temp controls, thanks for letting me know :) 

The temperature only went up to 60 degrees usually you can go higher which meant it kept turning the Infared off and on which wasn’t the greatest 😊 

Good experience with a lovely relaxed atmosphere and plenty of adjustable features in the sauna to tailor the experience to our preference. The lack of shower was made up for by some cold towels and the host was also welcoming and helpful!
