I just had the most amazing experience at Serene. All three ladies were so lovely and the service was in incredible. They took their time with both services that I received, I had the best leg calve and foot massage ever and enjoyed a cup of tea and heat pack on the back of my neck throughout. This is absolutely my new regular salon - if I could rate it higher than 5 stars I would! Well done ladies 🌟

I recently started taking my daughter to salt therapy for her eczema after trying just about everything else. So far, I have been really happy with the experience. I used salt therapy for my son a few years ago with great results so it felt like a natural choice. The staff have been super friendly and accommodating, especially during the school holidays, allowing me to bring my two boys along to the session. Highly recommend 😊

As usual, this was an incredible experience. From talking through what procedures wanted with Bonnie and then her arranging for me to get an appointment on the one day that I was in Sydney this month, to spending time with the wonderful Mandy again, everything was exceptional. I am an overseas customer and being able to have a meaningful communication prior to booking. The appointment was really important to me. You all did this beautifully. Most importantly, perhaps was Mandy. Who did my procedure. I did Thermage for face and eyes, and her technique was brilliant.

My skin and hair felt amazing after the experience but also the next day! I was half asleep during the experience at a point there, which speaks levels of relaxation. I just wished I had grabbed some of the skin moisturiser that they used at the end of the treatment (if any was available to buy). Thank you so much! I will definitely be coming back when I’m in Sydney again 😊💗

I visited the Bankstown branch on Thursday 4/1/24. The owner greeted me and went through my form submissions. I was treated with the services of the signature scalpcial, red LED light therapy (for hair growth) and dermaplaning. I was mainly served by the female staff member whose name was Rozy. She was very polite and friendly. I also requested for my treatment to be recorded as videos. The staff members agreed and did the recording on my mobile. I also admired the atmosphere of the store; it was very comforting. The service room had a bed with a blanket on it which kept myself warm whilst

Cindy is patience and has good knowledge of the machine she operates. She explained clearly what will happen and what she would be doing. One thing I have confusion is I was told Ultherapy fulll face package doesn’t include forehead and eye brows.

The salt therapy is a great benefit for my sinuses and an added bonus, has reduced the irritations on my skin. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the cubicle is comfortable and private.
