The amenities were world class and staff were friendly but the service was average. The junior staff member mentioned to us that they would continue to fill our water bottles up if we left these outside of the curtain to our therapy suite however this was not done. At payment another team member checked us out and confused us with another person which resulted in me paying twice. The first balance that was paid was refunded however this resulted in a frustrating experience.
