Fabulous center, was so lucky to find a place with everything Under one roof; I now have my Acuputurist, massage lady and can also get a sauna at do a meditation class all at one place. Like a mini retreat center. Couldn’t recommend therapists Truth, Morgan and Jana enough!

Honestly the best sauna studio in Sydney. The girls are so lovely, the studio itself is an absolute oasis and once you’re in the room it’s totally peaceful and super clean. The complimentary face washer tops it off, it smells awesome and is great to cool down at the beginning of your sauna and doubles as a little washer throughout your sauna to help wipe your face or keep behind your neck. As a new mum, it’s hard to getaway but 50 mins in here and I’m so revitalized always and it’s the perfect way to spend some time on myself.
