I’ve had a wonderful deep tissue massage with Nikki today. I booked just by chance as I had been feeling extra tension and pain in my upper back and neck. Nikki was very welcoming, talked through if I had previous massages- how I felt after them, do I have any medical conditions, it felt easy to open up to her about my conditions. My massage was tailored to my conditions, temple spa products were used which I love anyway and it was a great experience. I am looking forward to going back and hopefully having a treatment monthly.

As always Elle is an amazing therapist who soothes all your aches and pains. all the staff are very accommodating and helpful. the therapist ate lorna was great at pressing tge correct points. ate thelma did very good on my feet, i did not even felt any pain at all, my nails did not only look great , it felt well cleaned. and the hair tech specialist whom i forgot to ask her name she is very keen into detail in doing her work. and even if i did not experience the barber , i saw her works during my stay in the salon and i will definitely recommend him to my husband. thanks will definitely come back once we visit valley golf again .

I visit Zar once a week for sports massage as I am a runner and my legs get super tight. She is the only person who can successfully get into the muscles with a deep enough pressure to release them, but at the same time, has such a healing touch that the pain becomes therapeutic. Zar really picks up where the tension is lying in the body, without me even having to tell her, and she goes the extra mile to cover all body parts, even the back, because she knows the muscles are all linked. She is such a genuinely amazing person and I feel so lucky to have her as my therapist. I love this lady!
