Tatjana is a sweet and jund professional. Always in time, offers tea and coffee, has good conversation and is also considerate towards customer needs. We can chat, or listen to the radio in silence. Awesome relaxation massage, thank you! First time seeing Emma and I often have lower back trouble that moves its way up my spine. Knots in my shoulder blade and a desk job mean tension shifts up my neck, and then I get occipital nerve migraines that don’t go away easily. I get to leave my busy life and switch off, I always leave floating after my hot stone massage, and Holly’s waxing is outstanding. She is dedicated to getting all those tricky hairs! Plus, she never double dips her waxing sticks!! I cannot tell you the amount of places I tried and experienced such unhygienic practises.. I have not been anywhere else in over a year now, and I have all my appointments booked in until the end of the year!!

Holly is truly amazing, I have never written a review so fast, or wanted to re book so quickly! You are made to feel like a friend from the second that you walk in to her beautiful beauty room. Holly has impeccable high standards, the small things of changing the wooden spatula when waxing is a rarity in the waxes I have had previously. I have found Ashford’s number one therapist and I can’t wait to experience many more of Holly’s treatments. I’m off to go and re book.

Holly is incredible, I have been suffering with pain in my shoulder and neck and after chatting through my symptoms she knew exactly where to focus her efforts. I left feeling taller as some tension had lifted and I was in significantly less discomfort than I arrived in. Holly is accommodating, warm and clearly loves her job, you wouldn’t make people feel as valued and cared for as she does if she didn’t. I cannot rave about Holly enough and am so glad I met her as a therapist, she is the best.

I love Holly and the amazing space she has created! I walked in barely able to walk as I have pulled my back muscle and I luckily had a massage booked in. She immediately put hot stones in to warm up as she could incorporate these into my massage. The difference in my back is amazing, the movement that I have after an hour of her magic hands has made the pain subside so much. I also see Holly for my Hollywood waxing. When I say she is, in quite a vast amount of Kent that I visited trying to find a new waxer when I moved that doesn’t double dip into wax it’s incredible! Her standards! 5*

Wow! Just wow 🤩! First time having treatments with Holly and was brought a package for Mother’s Day and I have left this evening feeling like a dream. Muscle tension in my upper back eased significantly and left with glowing skin after my facial.
