Absolutely wonderful treatment with Ashleigh. Her room is so cosy and warm and felt so relaxed from the minutes I arrived. Ashleigh talked me through everything and answered any questions I had. She is really knowledgeable on the subject of skin care. The treatment itself was so relaxing. I had microneedling and an Indian Head Massage and I didn't want to leave at the end. Highly recommend booking in with Ashleigh.

I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

What an absolute gem of beauticians. I had the mos amazing facial. Products felt incredible in my skin and the techniques of massage to apply the products were so therapeutic and relaxing. I was lovely and warm under heated blankets on a heated bed with a gorgeous candle scent with relaxing music and a very ambient atmosphere.

I came to visit at the new place and I was so impressed every thing was great I loved the swing and Elaine is such a lovely lady. I cannot wait to come back to her for something else ps, please do a pedicure at the bothy. The whole ambience of the settings was just amazing the lovely shaggy rug at the stairs wa sso relaxing. Had the most amazing Relax & Release Back Ritual this afternoon with a Scalp Ritual add on. I felt like I literally floated out of the salon as Ashleigh released so much tension from my neck and shoulders. Finishing off with the scalp massage too was the icing on the cake. This treatment should be on prescription! Will be rebooking very soon!
