Honestly the best massage I have ever had. I had a very tight and tense back and Lynne ensured that I did not leave feeling the same pain as I walked in with. Her techniques were amazing and she made me feel super comfortable throughout. She also went over the amount of time I paid for as she could just feel I needed a little more time - true professional who clearly puts the customer first. Thank you so much!!!

As always, and with all her treatments, Sarah did a great job with my back, neck and shoulder massage and additional facial - accompanied by a lovely arm massage. Always very professional, Sarah remains approachable, friendly and caring. I left floating on air, and as relaxed and pampered as it's possible to be without going on holiday! Thanks Sarah and looking forward to my next massage which I've already booked;-)

Excellent Guinot facial and always a lovely atmosphere - never feel rushed here. Lynne also gives good advice on skincare, menopause etc. Heated bed icing on top! Be back soon to try the eye treatment.

Thank you so much for the most wonderful relaxing time. I have had a lot of massages in the past but this was the best one I've had. Every muscle group was worked with each spot being hit. After a recent new gym routine I have added to my life, this was much needed. I feel fresh, relaxed, soothed and calm. Despite me not being from the area I will definitely be back. Billie is absolutely fantastic. It was my first time getting my brows and lashes done and Billie was so kind, patient and reassuring. She explained to me what she was doing throughout and made me feel so relaxed. I am SO pleased with my brows and lashes, she did a brilliant job and they look amazing! Billie is wonderful. The best pedicure I have had in Hastings. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Billie squeezed me in last minute for a back,neck and shoulder massage, as I had been up all night with neck and shoulder pain. Billie worked her magic and I’m now able to move neck without it hurting. Billie offered great aftercare advice once the massage had finished. I couldn’t recommend Billie enough, she’s amazing!
