Charlotte is so focused and tuned in when she massages me . She doesn’t just go through the motions like other massage therapists I have had. Great relaxing shoulder, back and neck massage

Amazing! Charlotte took the time to find out what I wanted and talked me through the whole process, checking if I was happy with everything throughout. First time here getting a excellent back and scalp massage and my nails done. I highly recommend it. Charlotte gets to the root cause of the issue and made me feel so relieved and lighter.
