I had a really lovely experience at The Laser Lounge Torbay. Kayleigh was so welcoming and professional from start to finish. She explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. OH. MY. GOD. Are you kidding me??? This was by far the best set of lashes I have ever gotten done in my life!! And that's a lot coming from me cos I've been getting them done from other places for 8 years now! She also made me feel soo comfortable and relaxed and pampered. And what really stood out to me were the details and the NO PAIN experience. Whenever I got them done at other places, my eyes would BURN soo much once opened after the procedure, but she really knows what she's doing, cos it was painless and flawless. I'm a regular now. Wow.

I had my first facial with a back, neck, and shoulder massage today, and it was such an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. Charley didn’t disappoint and, as always, made sure she took every step she could to make the experience relaxing. The back, neck, and shoulder massage was exactly what I needed. Charley quickly identified tension areas and got to work on them. She was attentive, professional, and so thoughtful throughout the entire appointment, checking in just enough to make sure I was comfortable while still allowing me to fully unwind. ❤️

I booked a Swedish full body massage for my mother in-law last Wednesday as a birthday surprise and she absolutely loved it! And has not stopped talking about it since. She said it was the best massage she has ever received. It was very relaxing and soothing. She couldn’t stop complimenting Charley, who was very gentle and kind and treated her with so much care.
