Always book to have a treatment at the spa everytime we come down to waterside. Staff are always friendly and professional, spotlessly clean rooms, lovely relaxing atmosphere. Second time I have had Leann do my gel nails and she is fab! Lovely, genuine lady to sit and chat with but also super good at what she does! Takes time and attention and shows you lots of options, never feel rushed. Love my nails and will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Fantastic massage. Aches and stress eased, knots and tension gone. That brief feeling of being on another planet. Firm, gentle, whole hand, fingertip. Anna’s expertise seems to be able to track down the tension, and apply exactly what is needed to get rid of it.

Had my first men’s manicure and brow tidy today, Chrissie was very accommodating and informative. She really went the extra mile and even did a beard wax which isn’t a treatment on the menu to help prevent my irritable skin when shaving. It was very relaxing and room was very clean and hygienic. Will definitely be coming back and recommending her.

What a beautiful place, we booked a dog friendly caravan, honestly expecting it to be a bit shabby, but it was absolutely spotless! Wrap round balcony, full size fridge freezer, cooker, microwave and added bonus of a dishwasher. The whole park was clean, staff were super friendly. Will definitely be back!

Unreal experience! First time at a spa and it was just what we needed after a hectic week with the little ones. My parents babysat so we could enjoy a proper break, and from the moment we stepped through the glass doors it felt premium. The hydro spa pool was spotless, the whole place smelt amazing, and the facilities were top notch. Everything was clean, calm, and relaxing. A perfect treat for us both—we left feeling refreshed and will definitely be back!
