Cherlina was great, first ever sports massage due to an injured shoulder. Amazing throughout, i felt very comfortable around cherlina.. her knowledge was first class so i was very reassured. Will most definitely be back and highly recommend.

I would give more stars if I had the option! I cannot recommend Hilot Massage highly enough. She is not only incredibly friendly and welcoming, but her knowledge of human anatomy and therapeutic techniques is truly impressive. She has an intuitive ability to identify problem areas and tension patterns that I wasn’t even aware of. I Highly recommend !!

It was good to see Cher after a few months in her new premises. As ever she got stuck in straight in and found things that I didn’t know I had and reassured me that the things I thought were bad weren’t the end of the world. Cher is fantastic!! You are made to feel welcome as soon as you walk in and she is very aware of what is needed to make you feel amazing by the time your treatment is over . Tension aches and pains all forgotten. Great to have that feeling after my Aromatherapy massage every time l go.

Fantastic deep tissue massage to relive so much tension in my back and shoulders. Cher really listens to what you need and then delivers a fantastic massage.

Quite simply, Cher has magic hands and a fantastic ability to diagnose the issue and fix it. After months of constant leg pain, Cher located the source of the problem and worked her magic. The difference a one hour session made is phenomenal. 100% recommended. I’ll be back in a month for a maintenance session.

Highly recommend going to see Cher. Such a genuine person who wants to help. I had years of tension in my back and shoulders after just one session I feel like a new person. I will be recommending Hilot Sport Massage Therapy to everyone. 11/10.

I originally went to Cher with an issue with my back/neck which originates from predominately working at a desk all day (bad posture etc!), now this is 99% better allowing me to be more comfortable and I can sleep at night! I also had a recent issue when gardening with my lower back which preventing me from bending over without being in pain - 1 trip to Cher and she solved it. She works wonders and I couldn’t recommend highly enough!!
