I have been coming back to Karen for a long time. Right from the very first time we met, she was very friendly, welcoming, accommodating and professional. She`s very passionate about what she does and she always pays great attention to her customers. I have a bit of a sensitive skin so she always uses great quality products for my treatment to make the waxing process as pain-free as possible and to help my skin with the healing process. Great experience with Mari today! She took the time to find out what I needed most and explained ways to improve my aches and pains in everyday life! Mari was very good at finding out my problem areas and then moving and stretching the joints and muscles to get to the knots! But I’ve also never left a massage so relaxed! Mari made sure I was comfortable and covered throughout which is always appreciated! Definitely going back!

If you’re after someone who takes slightly too much joy in your discomfort, you’ve found her. Congrats!! Karen somehow makes you feel totally at ease while committing what feels like medieval torture. Between the laughs, flinches, whimpers and winces, she is part therapist, part guidance counsellor, and somehow gets you oversharing your life story. Genuinely though, she’s an absolute gem; kind, funny, and brilliant at what she does. I wouldn’t trust anyone else… even if she does enjoy it a bit too much. 10/10. Would (reluctantly) come back again and again and again …….

My first time at Katie Xo, and the whole experience couldn’t have been better. The environment was lovely—clean, cozy, and comfortable. Katie was great; I had a full body massage, and she seemed extremely skilled and knowledgeable, especially as I suffer from neck and back pain. I definitely recommend both the services and Katie herself. I will be booking again for more.

Maria is a skilled and very professional therapist. After a very nice welcome, she put me at ease very quickly. Her treatment room is in good condition and though compact well laid out. She definitely knows her job and understands the human body and picked up on any aches, pains and problems I had. I felt much better after the treatment and would recommend anyone to have a treatment from this very nice person.

Whet with bad neck and shoulder pain from spasming muscles. Usual relaxant drugs from doctors didn't work. Two visits and the neck and shoulder pain has gone. So good I am continuing to go to treat other issues in my back. Very highly recommended.
