I first visited around 5 weeks ago with shoulder pain, which has improved a lot following physio and the rehab programme provided by Molly. Yesterday I also had a sports massage for shoulder/neck pain which has worked wonders. Will definitely be a regular client.

I cannot recommend Craig highly enough. After developing knee pain while running, I sought his help and was impressed by his thorough, professional and knowledgeable approach. Rather than simply treating symptoms, Craig took the time to carry out a detailed assessment, identifying the root cause of the problem as IT band syndrome. His clinic treatment, clear home rehab plan and targeted hip/glute strengthening, mobility and stretching work made a huge difference to my rehabilitation. With his guidance and structured running plan, I completed the Manchester Half last weekend injury free.

Jordan’s been great. He really listens, checks in with me, and makes sure I fully understand both what he’s explaining and the rehab exercises he’s given me. He’s helped build my confidence around movement and supported me in working through the fear around my injury. I’ve already noticed an improvement in both my mobility and confidence. Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

Couldn’t be happier with how the rehab work Arran provided went. From basically 4 torn ligaments in my ankle unable to walk which meant time off work to getting back on the football park 10-11 weeks is pretty amazing and feeling confident. Have already recommend the physio clinic to people and will continue to do so 👍🏻

Toni helped me recover from a shoulder problem I had in thr Spring with a pinched nerve near my neck and painful knot around the scapula area causing spasms and painful tightness all down my right arm. She played a key role in helping me recover recommending physiotherapy for the neck area, ultrasound, which I did with a physio. Recently I enjoyed a deep tissue massage as part of my training regime without any shoulder pain thanks to Toni and her advice and guidance.

Aimee is so professional and knowledgable about Physiotherapy. She explains throughly the plan of therapy. She makes the whole experience relaxed as possible making me feel comfortable

Marie as always was very professional in her approach to my injury. Marie researched first what the problem is and how long I have had it. She then examined the problem area, before treating the injury by rubbing out the tightness in the area. Marie advised me of two exercises to add into my warm-up before I run. Marie also has sent me rehab exercises to do until my next appointment. While also advising me that if the injury gets worse to get back in contact. Marie also reviewed what training I have been doing and advised me to not overload on the weights in my S&C classes.

I had been suffering with pain in my left hand and shoulder for quite some time, and after my first session with Kevin I already noticed a significant improvement. Kevin was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand the issue properly. My treatment included both acupuncture and physiotherapy, and the results were remarkable. I returned less than a week later for a second session, and after just two treatments I genuinely feel like a new person. I was lucky enough to get a last minute appointment with Laura (due to a cancellation) after I'd injured my back at work. I left after my treatment 30mins later feeling and walking so much better than I had been when I walked in. Not only was I given the physical therapy I needed but the information and exercises i was given to do at home was also incredibly beneficial. I had a car crash 4 years ago I’ve had loads of physio acupuncture ect my shoulder has been restricting me with so many things even to hold my toddler , today I had an appointment with Karl words can not explain how incredible he is the treatments he has done has made me feel like a new woman I have 0 pain in my shoulder I have movement in any way I lift my arm I honestly would pay way more for this treatment then what it is he is a miracle worker . I had been recovering from pinched nerves in my back and 11 weeks of sharp shooting pain. Post steroid injections to the nerve, Sara was able to free up the tensed muscles and with strengthing physio therapy, get me back walking pain free.
